Technology Bite: Nokia Morph

One of the world’s leading cellular brands Nokia has introduced concept of new cell phone which will use the state of the art nanotechnology. A cell phone which user can bend, a cell phone which user could extend according to his/her need, self cleaning and water repellent property of the cell phone is something that anyone could dream of but Nokia is going to make it come true.

The Nokia Morph, introduced February 25, 2008, at the The Museum of Modern Art in New York City, is a joint project cell phone concept by the Nokia Research Center and the University of Cambridge.
This phone is a showcase for nanotechnology's ability to bring bendable materials, transparent electronics, and self-cleaning surfaces to mobile devices. With nanotechnology, Morph can take on any shape the user desires.

Also the cell phone (Nokia Morph) will have the ability to gain energy from sunlight and also from the human body because of which the cell phone’s battery will have a longer life it will be shorter in size and the talk time of the cell phone will be almost unlimited. According to Nokia the Cell Phone will be in production in seven years
